Top Shelf Movers

This place is an absolute joke. Half the crew they sent didn’t speak English. They loaded boxes first, not the furniture. The furniture they loaded was not protected by pads. Damage to nearly every single piece of furniture we had. They disassembled furniture and put only some of the items into the truck, some left behind 1000 miles away. They took the mattress bags OFF of the mattresses, presumably to make it easier for them to carry to the truck, which meant they all got dirty and wet. They swore at my wife, and disregarded her all day. They claimed the truck was full so we had to leave a TON of things behind. Of course the other crew we had there doing other things in the house said they were doing it all wrong and wasting space which they denied. The moving crew that unloaded our truck were calling these movers a joke because of all the space they wasted and damage they caused.
The crew was headed by Christian, a complete thug who hates women clearly. And doesn’t want his incompetence called out by the rest of us plebes. Avoid these people like the plague. They have no business doing business in this state or any other.

Christian and his team were great, nothing but good things to say! Timely, professional, and efficient.
