Janine’s Floral Creations

Time slipped away from me, and I had to order birthday flowers the very last minute. Janine’s to the rescue! Not only were they the only florist in their area to actually pick up the phone when I called, they were friendly and not at all put out when I asked if the flowers could be delivered the same day. The entire experience was wonderful, but the best part was the recipient’s joy when she received the beautiful arrangement that Janine’s had created! Thank you for the wonderful customer service! I would definitely recommend Janine’s Floral Creations!

The mother-​in-​law had a milestone birthday the big 6 – 0 on a Monday, Friday prior clicked around and of course I hadn’t had my sh*t together enough (the card was sitting on the counter still unsigned and no stamp) ughh… so I called Janine ordered up a bouquet with an upgrade and two balloons to be delivered on the Monday. I had a horrible experience two years ago with FTD and was very hesitant and leery of florists ever since, as George W said, «fool me once, shame on – shame on you. Fool me – you can’t get fooled again.» OMG — I miss the Bushisms — anyway…so I ordered with hesitancy, my brother in law used Janine for his wedding some time ago and that eased me somewhat. They delivered on Monday around noon and called before to make sure someone was there, my mother in law was thrilled. The flowers were full and beautiful only one balloon though — BOO (I am taking this as a sign that the floral industry is just out to get me — it’s personal now!) All in all happy with the service, I called and they fixed the balloon mishap, they were very nice about it, apologized, and assured me I wasn’t charged for the missing balloon (take notes FTD!!!). If I ever have to order flowers again, which is likely since I highly doubt ever having my sh*t straightened out, I would definitely use Janine’s Floral Creations.
