Do not shop here if you expect to be respected! The owner’s son belittled me on the phone talking in circles, telling me they only carry one part in inventory at a time! According to him they can not take it back because they would have two! REALLY! We bought a belt a week ago and was never told you cannot return unopened merchandise nor does it say it on our invoice! This thing should not be just «posted» but also be disclosed when purchasing. Then as he continued to try to sell me a new washer at a «discount.» Really after the way you treated me! Oh and the employee told me he wasn’t there when he was, and was on a personal call as Mike waited! Absolutely ridiculous the son is running the company in the ground! When I asked for the owner all you get is the son I wonder if his dad knows how he treats his customers.

Large warehouse full of everything you can imagine. Awesome service! They have a lot to look at in their showroom and no fancy frills either. They sell parts as well and were very helpful in determining which I needed! Very knowledgeable and friendly service!
