Got a antipasto salad… the greens were so wilted like it was sitting around for a week! !! The meats and cheese had cornmeal all over from the person who put them on the salad didn’t change his gloves from touching the pizza !!!

Just moved to the area and I was pleasantly surprised to find great pizza close to home!

Went there, employee was going through trash with customer in dinning room. Took s good 45 minutes to get 2 subs. The cold sub,(turkey), had so much oil, mustard and mayo that the roll was soggy and just fell apart.

Pizza by the slice for lunch is what I usually head in there for, huge slices, I always forget I only need to order one slice instead of two. Just plain cheese is fantastic, I highly recommend it. And accepts a card which is nice. Staff is all very friendly.

It’s nice to see a place that takes pride in putting out a decent product. No frozen crusts, fake cheese or ‘production line’ pizza here. As you walk in you are presented with a rather large selection of freshly made specialty pizza. The slices are huge and actually quite tasty. The menu is extensive(salads, Italian dinners, wraps & subs). The place is clean & we had no customer service issues, actually found the staff really nice.

I came here for lunch today, I just started working in the area and was looking for a good sandwich /pizza shop. When I walked in I was greeted by all of the staff and specifically the owner. They were all a delightful and very pleasant bunch. All of the different calzones and stuff were on display and they went thru and explained what was in what. I ordered a pepperoni roll(small ball of dough cheese and pepperoni) AMAZING! And a BLT. Also amazing! While waiting for my food I had friendly convo with the owner who ended up telling me my next meal is free. My food took like 3 minutes to be ready. I was asked halfway thru my meal how everything was… I will absolutely be back here everyday. Thank you for a great meal and great service !!!

The pizza is good but I wasn’t impressed with the subs at all — the bread always tastes like it isn’t fully cooked(very doughy tasting), even when you ask for it to be «extra toasted». The service there is a toss up. We have been there and the younger guys have actually been phenomenal. But most of the time, your order takes forever. Other than that, the place is very clean and they seem to have a pretty big selection.

I think Spending over $ 25.00 for Pizza and other products for the greasiest pizza around, and then charging .35cents fro a smal cup of ranch sauce is just ridiculous, They lost a customer for 35cents, i don’t recommend them at al

This pizza shop has a serious customer service problem and they know what it is. They are short-handed and quality help isn’t as plentiful as small business owners would hope. Phone customers have a significantly better chance of being served than walk-ins. Why then am I awarding 5-stars? For good reason: While complaining today about again having my in-store order cut off midstream while the clerk rushed to answer not one but three customer phone orders, I had had enough. I asked for the manager, a polite and patient gentleman but not terribly effective at addressing my issue. Seated while waiting for my order, Joe, the owner, asks to sit across from me. He listened to my complaints and then stayed for another ten-minutes while he talked about his business, the difficulty finding and keeping good workers, and food. His family started Pizzeria Regina and later Polcari’s, both establishments of which I’ve eaten and Unilocaled. He’s not a novice. This owner cared about what I had to say. He was interested in why I have continued to eat at his pizza shop even though I’ve experienced not so good customer service. This type of customer/owner interaction doesn’t happen enough. Joe receives an extra star for agreeing with me that 900 Degrees in Epping serves substandard pizza. I threw in that the owner is a clueless and arrogant woman who doesn’t understand how to make good pizza nor her customers. Joe didn’t have an immediate solution to my problem with his restaurant; but, he does ack that the problem exists and that’s half the battle. He also serves good pasta with a tasty tomato gravy that is generously portioned. I’ll continue to go back while he works on the issue because the food is that good and he cares that much. Wise man, he. Owner of 900 Degrees in Epping: not so much.

Last night I went back to Pizza By George in Raymond, NH for the very last time. I ordered, as usual, a Buffalo Chicken Wrap with extra buffalo sauce and tomatoes and onions. I specifically asked for no lettuce because I usually need to heat up the wrap when I get home — even though I do not live that far from the restaurant. I’ve also gotten used to either going back up to the counter to ask for more buffalo sauce or as I had planned last night, adding more sauce when I got home. Last night was a new low, though. When I got home and opened my stone cold wrap I found a pile of lettuce, some tomato and onions, and three cold, dry chicken tenders and NOBUFFALOSAUCE at all!!! Luckily, even though I’m in the midst of moving I still had some buffalo sauce in the fridge. But since this experience follows on the heels of another horrible experience a friend and I had a few Fridays ago where we waited over an hour and a half for a large veggie pizza only to find it had been sitting in a takeout box on the counter for over an hour. Without an apology, without any offer of a refund, discount or what have you we were handed the cold, greasy pizza and told«it shouldn’t be gross because it’s been«under the lights.» Since it was now close to 8:30pm and we were both very hungry we ate it anyway. But last night I’d had enough! So I took a picture of the cold, dry wrap and posted it on George’s FB page.(Since I’ve called in the past and asked for a manager and had been told they were busy — and, frankly, after my in store experience with the cold pizza I knew nothing would be done.) And what happened? Well, I did get a response! Here is the gist of it! «I apologize in trying to respond to your text I accidentally deleted it.» Now anyone who uses Facebook knows that to respond to a POST(it was not a text!) you simply click on «comment» in the same line as «Like» which is UNDER the post. However, to DELETE a post you must PURPOSELYCLICK on the downward arrow in the upper right corner then CHOOSE«delete». I know this because I manage not only my own FB page, but also the FB pages for both of my employers.

This review is for the pizza only and also for take out-not eat in. A friend ordered it and brought it back on work and I ate a couple pieces– I really liked it, but I did have to soak up some of the grease with a napkin– but i do that with every pizza to some extent. It was good thin pizza. Tasty sauce and cheese. A little saggy not crisp.

Best damn pizza this state that forgot how to make a seriously delicious pizza. You have to travel another 100 or so miles to find any pizza as good as this. I am from Gloucester Ma. I know my pizza. Trust me, Pizza by George and more is top of the line. If there was ever an A list pizza, here it is.

Food is good, and portions are huge, but like others have said the customer service lacks. Being one of the only half decent pizza shops in the area I eat here often. They’ve messed up on my orders multiple times but try hard to make up for it. My most recent experience though was my least pleasant. I went in to order on a Friday night. Busy! I know, but it doesn’t excuse their mistakes. I ordered 2 salads and pizza Rolls. I waited almost an hour before finally saying, hey! Wheres my damn food? Come to find out my food had been ready for over 20 minutes and they just failed to call my name! I was pissed! But then as I make the trip home and opened the bag, they forgot my damn pizza rolls! Now I’m infuriated. Waiting forever and then they can’t even get it right! I called and complained and really, their compensation or lack thereof was just giving me a 5 dollar credit on my next order. Like really? I should have gotten that and more for making me wait for my food for almost an extra half hour. Then they forget something too! I felt I deserved more. I probably won’t go there anytime soon. They piss me off to much,
