We hired Emond to install a backsplash in our kitchen; the start of this experience was very positive, and we had stated that it was important to us to have this completed prior to Thanksgiving. One of their installers had an unfortunate incident and was injured so they are short an installer(not sure why this becomes my problem) so I was told«There’s no way this will happen before Thanksgiving» Really? thats what you tell a CUSTOMER? I understand that they did not predict that they would be short staffed, however, the way it was told to me, and the fact they offered no alternative, nor did they ever apologize for the inconvience, and did’nt give me a date that it could be done; inspired me to write this and also say you have now lost a customer for good.
