Its freezing in here! If you ask for a chicken salad and want extra chicken be sure you bring youe own chicken because they will charge you $ 5.00 for it! They just turned the heat on.

We never expect much from a pancake house, and we have lower expectations for the IHOP. But there are few places to go in this area for breakfast. We have been to this IHOP a couple of times when we were in the area and wanted some rich strawberry cheesecake pancakes. The service is usually okay and the food gives us a bellyache, so our trips to the IHOP are few and far between. That said, my wife and I were in the area for haircuts and decided to grab some breakfast. Big mistake. We waited an hour for our food. We waited 30 minutes for fountain drinks. People who arrived after US. We’re served before us. The food was awful. But I would have eaten a boot at this point. In fact, a boot would have tasted better. Congratulations IHOP. you lost a customer.

Place smells like a dirty wet mop, waitress doesn’t take trash(creamers, straw wrappers, etc) piled on edge of table, 4 – 5 girls standing at hostess stand most of the time. Food– normal, simple ihop food

IHOP has a good reputation so we thought we would try it since it has been years. Very busy this morning but service and food was awesome. Huge omelet and they have 50+ meals as well as free coffee and 10% off for 55 and over. Waitress was exceptional and customer focused. She clearly knew her job well.

Went there with my hubby this morning and had the best experience. The food was good, the service was amazing and the waitress we had was beyond nice. It’s always packed but today it wasn’t so bad.

Meh. Your standard, run-of-the-mill breakfast chain. Located on the Raynham auto-mall, if anything it’s just convenient. I prefer mimosas with my brunch, but I suppose this is geared more to families… and people that want omelets at 2am. My experience was less than memorable. Food was bland. Prices are cheap. Service is alright, but slow.

Not the best ihop I’ve been to. This review is mostly due to the dime sized shell I found with my mouth in my over easy eggs. How do you miss that?

This place doesn’t deserve this 1 star. They messed up our order countless times…

I’m a fan of IHOPs breakfast. It’s not my favorite but it’ll do. If you order anything that could possible be sweet, be prepared for it being very sweet. I do enjoy the sides that come with the breakfasts as well. Last time I was there the service was decent and the food comes nice and hot. It can get busy, but I don’t usually see it packed.

Went in at an odd hour and surely didn’t expect great service for the time of day I went in. I was pleasantly surprised! The server was very attentive to our needs and the food was hot and fresh. Great relaxing, non rushed, peaceful experience.

This is the only Ihop I’ve ever been to mainly because it’s down the street from me. I have always had superb service and last night was no exception. I went there with a date and before he and I moved onto another subject our food was served to us. I’ve honestly never had a bad meal here. I always order from the breakfast menu it’s the best place to go to when you are craving pancakes or french toast. PS get the Pumpkin Pancakes while they are in season!

I dont usually like reviewing chain restaurants because their mostly the same. Food was better than I expected it to be, price was a little more than I would’ve liked to pay, but it wasn’t that far apart. I will go here again, but this is far from being one of my main breakfast spots.

Great eating Place but not open 24 hrs. see list Open Mon-Thu 7am-10pm; Fri-Sat 24 Hours; Sun 12am-12am, 7am-10pm I live in the hood so visit frequently, they have the best breakfast and the Harvest-grain and nut pancakes are to kill for. I was a little disappointed that they have ended the French Toast specials that I actually went there for today, howler we where more that satisfied to get the aforementioned pancakes. r0n… :~)

No surprises but lots of pancakes This is an IHOP located right on RT44. Lots of parking and it’s open 24 hours, can’t get any more convenient than that. The pancakes are great and that’s probably why I’ve never ordered anything else here. Sure it’s not a gourmet restaurant but what they do, they do extremely well. No surprises, you get exactly what they advertise. What makes this particular IHOP exceptional is the service. Even when it’s busy the people are quick and very pleasant. Not just pleasant but actually friendly and nice. Even when I drag my butt in here at 3 am they always seem glad to see me and take care of my gluttony. If you want pancakes, even at ungodly hours, it doesn’t get any better than this.
