Every time I call, or visit Rick’s I get nothing but the most pleasant experience. All smiles, and all help there. I can’t get enough of it. This is EXACTLY the kind of friendly service that keeps people like me from going to Guitar Center. I will gladly go out of my way to give Rick’s my business! Seriously! Guys, keep it up! I’ll be back!

Cannot say enough about Ricks, the owners and staff are great. My daughter has been taking lessons there for some time. Everyone in general fosters an environment that promotes learning and encouragement for students.

I came in here to purchase guitar strings and rosin, I was immediately approached and asked if I need help finding anything. Great Staff here made for a very comfortable, pleasant experience. Browsed the various instruments, prices were good, will definitely be returning to check out open mic! I have driven by numerous times, and regret not stopping in sooner.

Rick’s Music is a terrific Music store for guitar and piano lessons as well as a great place to purchase an instrument. BUT it gets’s better with a weekly Open Mic on Thursdays from 7:00 to 10:00 and a café for good food and coffee. I have had only positive experiences with Rick’s Music, the staff and music teachers.

It was my first time going in here after driving by it for years. I had to restring my guitar which the help was more than happy to do and tune it in the process. This shop doesn’t have that corporate sanitation feel. everything is in its proper place but with a more eclectic atmosphere. It doesn’t seem to fit in with the surroundings and what your used too when you think of a music store in or near taunton, by that i mean, its almost too good for the area.
All and all, the 15 minutes I spent inside was very enjoyable. and i recommend this place based on that criteria.
