It’s a license bureau, what do you expect? There was a wait when I went to get my tags renewed, but the line moved faster than the staff quoted. The drivers license line was a take-a-number and have a seat line, so that was nice. Either way, it was in, pay the fee, and out. The staff was much more friendly than the staff at other license bureaus I have visited. This one is my second favorite, only being outranked by the one in Belton.

Out of all of the times I’ve ever been to get a new drivers license, this was by far the quickest(makes me happy). Everyone was super friendly and I actually had an enjoyable time… for the first time ever. Kudos!

Don’t go at the beginning or end of the month. Don’t go on a Friday. Don’t go during lunch. They typically get me in and out within 15 mins. Lady looked up my personal property receipt when I forgot my paperwork. WHAT!!! too cool

Unilocal, this license bureau isn’t closed. I just experienced it, and now I know why I do almost everything I can do regarding car licenses online. 8 registers. 2 open, other employees in the back, 100 or more customers. Filthy floor, unhappy employees, inefficient handling of business, and along line. The 8 registers were for the whole building, which meant, a long wait for what we had to do. I counted the registers, and I told my son«this is the most inefficiently ran license bureau in Missouri».(We were there to get his car license). For diver’s license, good luck, take a number, sit down if you can find a chair, and wait. Hope you bought a book. For car license, wait in a long, slow line, for one register to open. They could do better. A room full, and only 2 registers? If I may say this in a review, I hate this fucking place. Yes, Unilocal, this license bureau is open. Unfortunately, they closed the one I used to use(Sugar Creek). I paid extra for it, but there were padded chairs, happy employees, short quick lines and pleasantness. In the Raytown license bureau, they’ve removed the pleasantness and replaced it with begrudged people who hate their jobs. And, dammit, this is the only place like it in the area. Exclusive to it’s product.
