Advanced Urgent Care

First off I went there at 8:15 pm for a emergency after seeing on their website and Google that they stay open till 9pm. They decided to close up early that day :/​not a great start for a urgent care place.
Second try was the next say… I walked in and the lobby was dark. I saw and heard staff in the back so I politely called out. No response. I signed myself in, turned on the lights.
Once a employee finally came to help me, I was told they don’t take out of state insurance and I would have to pay $ 80. Long story short, she told me false information as I see almost fraudulent. My insurance couldn’t get them nor their billing people to cooperate. Thankfully I went 5 miles down the street and got taken care of.
I would not recommend this place and surprised people can do business this way.
