Out of all the fast food joints there are, I have to say Arby’s in taste is better than the rest. There’s a few things I crave here and when I eventually stop by, I’m mostly satisfied. The quality has definitely dipped way down since they first opened up here years ago but it’s still fast food and don’t let the commercials fool ya. You only get what you pay for. I’ll still make my way down here from time to time. One thing I will give them is their employees are more competent then some of the other fast food restaurants.

A year or so ago I went in and ordered a Beef and Cheddar. The guy making them heard what I ordered and had the sandwich ready before I even paid. I took the sandwich to a table and noticed I didn’t see the cheese sauce. I opened the top bun and in the middle of the sandwich was a size of a quarter«drop» of cheese sauce, I didn’t complain but rather got a hold of corporate. I told them I think it is a rip off. I told them what I thought. I even suggested that the employees were competing against each other, making lousy sandwiches along the way. Corporate responded with really nothing. They sent me a VIP coupon. I went a couple weeks later and ordered the same sandwich. Guess what? Yep. Same damn cheese sauce in a little circle in the center of the bun. I gave up and will not go to Arby’s anymore. Their pictures for it show the cheese sauce to the edge. Not at this store.

The classic Arby’s — they still have the oldschool sign from 20+ years ago. They recently got rid of homestyle fries, which is a disgrace, and replaced them with potato bites. Huh? Anyway, the roast beef is exactly the same as it has always been. Amazingly good, though not tasting anything like roast beef.
