Always great customer service. I stop here almost every week. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

So I’ve been here before with my mother plenty of times to grab a case of beer. On my way to my mother in laws house I decide I wanted to bring along some beer. I didn’t remember if it was a walk in cooler or if I had to ask for them to grab a cold case, so I asked the guy at the front and he told me I could get it and where I could find it. I grabbed the beer n as I was waiting in line I grabbed my vaporizer n took a puff. Depending on where I’m at I use common sense and don’t use it, for example a restaurant where people are eating n it could be unpleasant to people eating their food n places like that. Now I’m in a beer distributor… They sell beer and they have a box of cigars by the counter where I’m standing as well as a wall full of cigs. I know the law in PA doesn’t have a ban on vaping indoors. I’ve Vaped in bars, clubs and other adult venues with no problems besides the occasional business who doesn’t allow it. I’m absolutely fine with a private business placing restrictions on what the customers can and can’t do while on their property. The guy who originally helped me out when I walked in tells me I can’t smoke in the store n I said it’s just a vaporizer then he said it doesn’t matter. So I put it away respectfully then he helped the customer in front of me carry out their beer to their car. He came back in and said to me that it doesn’t matter that it’s a vaporizer it’s still illegal. Knowing that it wasn’t illegal and still trying to be respectful I said i didn’t think so. He then said ok then placed the beer I wanted to purchase behind the counter n proceeded to help the next customer while I was still standing there with my money in hand. I asked are you not going to sell the beer to me he said no I said ok cool n walked away. He then said well it’s illegal in my store as I was walking away. I had a lot I wanted to say to this guy but I didn’t. I just kept walking. I wanted to explain that he was ignorant of the law n that I was perfectly fine with him not allowing it based on his own personal rules of his business. I was fine knowing he lost a customer as well as all the potential customers he could’ve had in the future. I believe he felt that he had to show me, a younger person who disagreed with him and actually knew more then him about something who’s boss. He displayed what’s known as a power trip and essentially lost hundreds of dollars of future business because of it. Guy behind the counter, I know it probably won’t make that much of a difference in your profit, but just know that you lost customers because of your immature power trip.
