Just called up and ordered food for the first time from here. Quick service, fairly priced, LARGE and tasty Sub. I will definitely be back!

Sub rolls are so hard I practically shipped my tooth. Pizza sits out on counter for days and is moldy. Prices are equivalent with those of fine caviar. Stay away!

Stopped in last week. Liked the nostalgic atmosphere — had an old school 1950 soda shop feel. Employees were relatively friendly. I ordered an Italian hoagie on a hard roll. The sandwich was prepared relatively quickly and the meat and toppings seemed fresh, but the roll was either old or just not very good. I think the most important ingredient to a good sandwich is the roll. As a result I can’t recommend and probably won’t come back considering I can get a better sandwich at wawa for less.

I’ve always had great sandwiches from D&J. Also, it’s great that they are close to my house! I think their Italian sandwiches are excellent, and they have a choice of soft or hard rolls, which seems to be a rarity these days. They also have a pepper relish for the sandwiches which is a great addition. I’ve only ever had takeout from here so I can’t comment on the service, but they’ve never messed up an order and I don’t have to precheck my order before I leave. I think their french fries are especially good because they are plain fries, not seasoned, not batter dipped, just plain with no skins on them.

Did not like the service — and especially the attitude — sandwiches aren’t even close to Screpsi or Mama’s — no plans to return!

A great family run sandwich shop with lots of options! They even make the old fashioned flavored sodas like vanilla coke or my daughter’s favorite cherry vanilla coke. The chocolate chip cookies with truffle fudge are to die for. Love this place and pick up something there at least once a week.

This sandwich shop is one of the best in the area! Consistent, clean, and family owned and operated, the experience here is always positive! They offer a lot of choices and have reasonable prices. Overall a great value.
