The selection in the is nice and the prices are reasonable. However, I had reservations about my purchase as I was making it. I even told the associate that as I was looking around that my wife always returns my gifts. Not once did the associate mention that their return policy was very strict. It was only after I completed the purchase that I saw the return policy… which stinks! Only store credit if return made within two weeks of purchase!!! Who has a policy like this these days? Since I wasn’t shopping on the day that I was planning to give the gift, what a novel concept, I can only hope that my wife likes my purchase. However, with a return policy like that, I won’t be back.

Beautiful store with very nice assortment of trinkets, symbolic and fashion jewelry. They have an extensive assortment of Alex and Ani bracelets. The store clerk was beautiful, helpful and friendly. I’ll be back

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. Great merchandise but their return policy and customer service is awful. Apparently you can only return items for store credit, a policy that is only stated on your RECEIPT, which of course, you get AFTER your purchase is complete this leaving you unable to really do anything about it. It is frustrating because I expressed reservation prior to buying an item as a gift and even inquired as to the return policy but was not informed of this loophole. I find it a little deceptive/misleading that the salesperson failed to mention this important fact when we specifically spoke about their return policy at least two times throughout the transaction.

«Creativity is discontent translated to art.» — Eric Hoffer Needing a birthday gift for a friend, I stopped by Dandelion after exhausting my efforts through the shops of West Reading. I’m not a very good shopper; too precise, I suppose, with little time to gallivant. Once I walked through the door of Dandelion, I knew I would find the perfect item. Dandelion is a little boutique located at the new Shoppes at Wyomissing at the crossroads of routes 422&222. Woman-owned, there are a few locations and I believe they might have a store in the King of Prussia mall. I really wish she wouldn’t have placed such a creative enterprise in this cookie-cutter, unoriginal and not to mention, environment-polluting strip mall. This business would do quite well in a vacant storefront in West Reading or another walkable commercial area of Berks. This store has items that are handmade by various artists, though I don’t believe(m)any are local. They sell all types of jewelry including earrings, necklaces and bracelets; not many rings. A select group of coordinating bags, purses, wallets and key-chains too. One cool thing is the wide variety of items containing both silver and gold for the person who likes to wear everything. Being the cheapskate that I am, I couldn’t bring myself to buy anything for myself however, I did find a unique necklace of a bird on a branch in stainless silver for my friend. Free gift wrapping, too. I’m not sure how the artists make money or how the store gauges the markup because considering the quality of items and uniqueness, the prices are very fair.
