Don’t know how this is still considered a «mall» back in the 80s it would get as busy as Berkshire mall… now with 70% of all the stores gone, it’s a ghost town. Parking lot is like driving on the surface of the moon. More pot holes then I can count. It’s a shame, used to be a pretty good place.

This mall must be getting worse… Though I haven’t stepped foot inside the mall in a while, now you take your life in your hands with the size & depth of the potholes while trying to navigate your way to the Applebee’s in their complex.

If for some God forsaken reason you happen to stumble upon this hell hole, please do NOT enter. Other than to go to the movies, there’s absolutely NO reason for you to go to this«mall» It’s pretty safe to say that 99.9% of this piss poor excuse of an establishment is no longer in business. There’s a few kiosks with employees that are either too busy talking to their friends OR they look as though hammering a rusty nail through their nipple would be less painful than working there. They don’t even deserve a star; damn you Unilocal for not allowing us to rate things as no stars and/or half stars. Anywho, don’t go here. There’s no stores open. You can walk the entire thing in less than 10 minutes. Just don’t torture yourself by coming here. Tis all.

What happened to this mall? Everything is out of business basically. I used to come here back in the day with my family members and it used to be filled of people. It used to have so many stores that i would love like against all odds and spencers. Now there is just basically burlington coat factory and boscovs. Im only giving two stars because of the great memories i have had in this mall.

This mall is borderline labeled a Dead Mall. 60% of the mall is vacant. This mall was booming in the 1980s. It has sure seen better days.

Sad. What happened to this mall? It looks to be in good shape, but with one anchor store gone and vacanies at 50%, you know it’s on life support. Most of the stores which are still there seem to be pop-up stores selling whatever.

Every time I go there I always wonder why is this mall still operational? All the shops are so expensive and because its so expensive, people can’t afford it. I once saw a basic spaghetti strap tank top, for $ 17.99. What a JOKE! I’m refuse to overpay. The mall is always empty as well. I only go there for Burlington. I filled my daughters entire wardrobe for only $ 70. I left with so many bags! Lol

This mall really is a disappointment. I went here for the comic store but upon walking into the mall, it immediately felt like the AC was broke. The comic store was ok. The bath and body was really nice like most bath and body stores. Much of the rest of the mall looked closed. It really looks like there is not much commerce going on here. It appears to be dated and probably will not be around long. I wouldn’t bother going here. The mall brings very little to the area and you can find similar stores elsewhere.

I remember when this mall wasn’t there. I remember sitting in the grandstand of the fairgrounds racetrack and playing with my matchbox cars. Ah, memories. And yes, I was disappointed when this mall was built and they tore down the fairgrounds and replaced it with a mall taking its name. This mall was pretty much doomed the day it opened. It never could really compete with the other mall across town and was always seen as more of a discount mall. Now most of the original stores are gone with only Boscov’s as the only decent store left but even that doesn’t make it worth going into the mall itself. This mall is probably better suited being opened into an open air lifestyle center or torn down to its original state, saving Boscov’s.

Frightening. Been around for many years and just keeps deteriorating. Don’t do it!

This mall has definitely seen better days. Honestly, it’s a pretty scary place to go sometimes. I really do think that Boscov’s is the only thing still keeping this place alive. There is also a Burlington Coat Factory and J.C. Penney outlet store in the mall, but both of those are pretty sub-par shops; it must just be the location.
