Used to go here regularly with my son.
Service and food are usually pretty great. It can get pretty busy without notice which makes it kind of a mad house when trying to get drinks and condiments.
I’m a fan of the ‘exotic’ burgers but I think they’ve cut back on that.

Burgers are very good if you like fatty greasy burgers with lots of flavor. Went today with GF and family to do some shopping. The burgers kept drawing us! It was very busy, but it went fast. I got the 10 ounce barbeque burger. Very good for a chain place. Sides are below average. If you just want a good burger go on in and get one!

I love Fuddruckers. You can always count on a juicy burger cooked just right. I love that they have other varieties like buffalo and elk!
Their chicken fingers are my favorite. SO crispy and crunchy (the way chicken fingers should be!!!) I get em with a side of ranch. Mmm.
I’ve had a shake once or twice. Delicious, but too heavy for my stomach to handle. But if you aren’t going to get dessert at Richardsons, give one a try!

I used to like coming here for burgers, but they must have changed management or something. Anytime that I go, it’s super busy. Looks like they remodels for more seating, but even still had to wait around for a table.
Didn’t want to wait too long for the food. I like that they have the side bar of the veggies and condiments for your burger. The burger itself was a big burger, but it wasn’t seasoned at all. I believe I got the Southwest Burger which had bacon and guacamole. The amount of guac was smaller than a scoop of ice cream. It didn’t have much flavor but some texture. The bread wasn’t thing special and somewhat toasted.
The amount of potato wedges was pretty small. They were like broken pieces of potato and a bit mushy. But seasoned nicely for flavor. The hotdog was really big and tasted very beefy/​meaty. The bun for the hotdog was just too big and too much bread. The soda machines were out of CO2 so the soda was flat and gross. Had to mention to the staff twice so see if they could replace it.
Customer service isn’t the best here. Waited at the register to see if they would refund the soda since it’s like nearly $ 3.00 for soda and for FLAT soda. The person at the register told us she could refund us and said to just wait a second. She decided to refill the cups when there was already a stack of cups there, and continued to have us wait. The manager comes over and asks if we were all set, but told her no and we were waiting to get refunded. Which we did get refunded right then.
If you do decide to come here, don’t come on the weekend during lunch time. Try out the milkshake, since I haven’t!

There are Fuddrucker burgers and then there is junk. Fuddy’s is an 11 on a scale of 1 – 10 and I have traveled 25 miles just to grab a burger there, so that in itself should tell you something. And as long as you’re there, get a mocha shake… guaranteed to curl your little toes.

Fast food burger lovers rejoice, there is another place in the world that will cook your burger to your preferred doneness. People compare Fuddruckers to Five Guys and Fuddruckers beats Five guys in some areas. Five guys cooks all of their burgers well done while Fuddruckers cooks to your preferred doneness. We ordered medium and they came out medium and juicy! This is rare for a fast food type place. Shakes are handspun and excellent, even serving the leftover amount in a separate tin! Shakes are delivered to you, but burgers need to be picked up at the counter, weird. The fries were also good, they are thick cut potato wedges, slightly crispy on the outside. For an indulgence of burgers and shakes this is a good choice if in the area.

Burgers are WAY over-​flavored! The staff is nice and they have a great selection of ‘fixings’.
Things seemed to be pricey for a place that gives numbers.

It is expensive but I really like their chicken sandwiches especially with mushrooms yum!

Fries are my favorite. Usually get the burgers which are pretty good but decided today to get the chicken tenders tossed in buffalo. Wasn’t really a fan because the chicken tenders itself were so thin and had way too much buffalo sauce on it. Stick to the burgers if you go there!

I’ve been going to Fuddruckers since there was one in Burlington MA. I’ve gone many times to ones on the North Shore in MA and Foxwoods in CT. They are all pretty consistent but the burger I had here on 7−14−15 was so over spiced it was burning my tongue with the taste of heavy salt. The fries were only warm and had been sitting under the warmer light since before I walked in. For about $ 12 for a burger fries and coke I expect better and fresher. I love the IMAX theater at Jordans but I won’t stop into the Fuddruckers there again. It is worth mentioning though that the staff was very friendly.
Update: I tried them again since I was at Jordans looking for some furniture and it was excellent. They completely remolded the place and although I don’t care for wooden seats the food was very good.

Wow. Do not get the ½ pound burger if you have a small appetite unless you want leftovers. I had The Works burger which was amazing. Added mayo and pickles. Best burger I had in I don’t remember how long. Last time I had the fish and chips. Do not get this. The cheese fries I had last night were disappointing. You could barely see the cheese drizzled on them and couldn’t taste it. I didn’t add ketchup because of the cheese. Big mistake. They were very dry and IMHO, mealy. Reminds me of Wendy’s fries. Both are on the list of foods to avoid. The milkshakes are amazing. Wish I could have them more often.

Best burgers I ever had!!! Love the elk and buffalo!!! Its very fresh food and real! its not like MacDonald or burger king, you simply cant even compare the 2 cuz they are 2 TOTALLY different places,. Five guys vs fudds Fudds wins 10 out of 10 times. Extremely friendly and attentive staff! Its also a great pleasure to be working here, i been working here for about 2 years and I still honestly think its the best burger ever, i love the staff the food and the location and i have never seen a restaurant that is this busy!

It’s all about timing. Going on Saturday night at 5pm expect organized chaos. Seating is at a premium, so have a kid scout for people leaving and nab it quick. If you enjoy a beverage with your meal then do not order soda. I’m not sure if it’s user error or a case of too many choices, but the line takes forever. The soda line is also sandwiched between the condiments and topping stations. Use a lot of «excuse me» and people generally are nice to move. But be ready for the crowd at the rush hour time. The food is about 3.5 stars out of 5. Fries tasted better last time.

I just came here, and the food was good everything was good but customer service? Where it at? Mad rude, we were suppose to order and the kid walks away and leaves so we’re waiting. The other two, one kid just kept giving people and us looks like he gonna jump over the counter and fight you and the girl I had asked her a question regarding the buzzer and completely ignored me and I’m there like hello? And still get ignored. I understand you don’t want to be there but it’s your job, deal with it it’ll be over whenever your shift ends and you can do whatever you want after you clock out. All in all, good food should come with good customer service too, giving the name a bad rep with people like these. If there even is a next time, there will be names provided.

A perfect night for a Friday night date night. I always get the ¹⁄₃ lb Bacon Burger while my boyfriend gets the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The perfectly seasoned fries are a perfect addition to our meals, as well as the cheese sauce (which comes in mild for people like me and spicy jalapeño for people like my boyfriend). There are also many different Heinz sauces to choose from and lots of delicious burger toppings. Did I mention that the soda machine has hundreds of options? An absolute MUST for all ages.

Fuddruckers is a pretty good burger place with a funny name. There are none in Seattle, but when I go to visit family in Boston, we tend to navigate our way over to Jordan’s Furniture since it has an amazing IMAX 3D theater. There is a Fuddruckers right in the front, so before going to see the final installment of the Hobbit trilogy, we decided to have dinner.
Fuddruckers has a number of burger options and accompaniments that you can order at the counter. I highly recommend the buffalo burger, though they have other options such as elk and boar (and of course standard beef). If you want things like bacon, mushrooms, or other fancy things, you order that with the burger. What is cool is that you get to dress your own burger from the condiment bar, which includes lettuce, tomato, pickles, peppers, onions, and many kinds of sauces, and even hot cheese! This way you can customize the burger the way you want it, which at least for me is a better experience than many similar «gourmet» fast food burger joints.
On this night I ordered a buffalo burger with Swiss cheese and bacon. I also got an order of chili cheese fries, and I had to get a milkshake as well. The buffalo burger was quite good, with a good rich flavor, and the bacon and Swiss were great on it. I dressed it with lettuce, tomato, and BBQ sauce, making for a very nice combination. The chili cheese fries were very tasty and seasoned well, though I don’t want to think how bad they must be for me. The milkshake was also quite good. Overall, pretty good stuff, and a yummy dinner.
I wouldn’t call Fuddruckers a gourmet burger place, but they do serve great burgers. When compared with other places that are known for making fresh burgers with fresh ingredients (such as In N Out and Five Guys), I feel like Fuddruckers is better, and they provide way more variety than either of those 2 spots. The prices are probably a bit high for what you get, but I always enjoy the food. If you are looking for a solid burger with a lot of variety, Fuddruckers is a great choice, and having it before seeing a movie is a bonus!

Was finally able to return to try them out and was pleasantly surprised to find that everything that was bothersome about our last visit had improved. The staff who took our order was pleasant, personable and efficient. We ordered two kids burger meals (½ lb with a shake and fries) and a ½ lb burger for me. The shakes came really quickly and the kids loved them. It wasnt too much longer before the food was ready. The kids really liked the toppings bar and I liked how clean and fresh it was. This time, the burgers were awesome! The restaurant was clean and there were a ton of staff around to clear tables. Much improved. I feel more confident in returning in the future!

The Elk burger was good. Next time trying the boar burger. The boys enjoyed their burgers as well.

There is no «rainbows shooting out every orifices» moment when eating their burgers but it is fresh and decent. They have a fresh veggies station where you can customize your meal, along with a myriad of condiments. They also have the new Coke drink fountain in which you can mix flavor (s) in to your choice drink. Over all, not bad. I do enjoy going there.
