My favorite studio! So clean, friendly, challenging and encouraging. If you’re feeling like you should stop in for a class, just do it! Yoga sculpt with katelyn is my favorite though every class I have taken has been great.

I absolutely love this studio! It has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I have taken two workshops(Acro Yoga & Party Yoga) with Tony and they were awesome! I was a little hestitant at first to try the Acro as I have never done anything like that before but I am so glad I went! He was so willing to help with the poses/alignment and answered any questions that all of the students had. I look forward to coming back for my classes/workshops!

I’ll disregard the fact that my GPS didn’t realize it was in the back of the building and basically had a meltdown. I love, love, LOVE this studio. The owner, Julie, is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and you can tell that she truly wants everyone to have a mind-altering, physically beneficial yoga class. That being said — if you need modifications, any of the teachers will give them to you, and they also check before class if someone doesn’t want to be manually adjusted by the instructor. Major, major bonus points because I know several people who get skeeved out by someone moving them when they’re in down dog. They keep the studio at a warmer temperature, too — temps varied in class between 85 and 92 — so keep in mind if you’re a sweaty betty, bring a towel. So far I have taken class with Julie and Katelyn and you are totally missing out on an ass-kicking flow if you don’t take either teacher’s class(or if you decide to ignore this review altogether). I’ve never had an instructor focus so much on abs in a class but I actually had to get into child’s pose several times in Katelyn’s class. Both refreshing and exhausting and I didn’t think I’d get as tough a workout in a yoga class. Highly, highly recommend the community classes — $ 10 drop in? How the heck can you say no? They’re typically with Katelyn, but after taking her Power Hour one Saturday, I know I’m going back for her less expensive comm. class as well. What are you waiting for? You should probably go. (And by probably, I mean definitely.)
