Just when I think I can’t receive any worse customer service PIZZA HUT just hit it out of the park.
Ordered a meal online placed order at 4:30 for delivery at 5:30.
Called at 5:50 to see where our food was. I was greeted by a rude manager who obviously did not have the maturity to be in his position.
When I complained I was met with a thug mentality and was told he was now CANCELLING my order and hung up on me.
I immediately called back and without other that a «hold Pizza Hut «my call was never picked up.
I believe I wouldn’t have a job tomorrow.
This was Pizza Hut 5^th St Highway in Reading

Absolutely awful. Came with wife, kids, and parents (party of 7) on a Saturday evening at 6:30. Sat at table for 25 minutes and the waitress never even acknowledged us. We walked out, told the girl at the counter «we give up», and she just shrugged her shoulders. It wasn’t even very busy. Employees were just chatting in the back.
