This company and tubing trip sound good in theory, but unfortunately the lack of professionalism ruins it.
Tried to contact them numerous times, with no response, and their number is disconnected. How can you run a business with no phone for people to contact you?
Don’t put your company on Groupon if you can’t follow through with tickets that were purchased!
Luckily I got a refund through Groupon, but it was only Groupon «bucks», and not real $ like I had spent:-/
Good luck people! Don’t give this «company» the opportunity to steal your money. There are plenty of other real companies in the area that would be glad to give you their business
