I worked with Craig and Paul to search for a Condo for my Fiancé and I in Cambridge. We found the right place, and with their help, worked through all the details, and closed without any major issues.
Craig being a lawyer really helped reassure me about a number of aspects, as he could speak knowledgeably on topics that a real estate agent alone could not advise me.
I’ve kept in touch with Craig since completing the purchase — Paul even followed up months later to remind me about various special tax breaks this year; to ensure I was speaking to my tax person about them. Very helpful, as I was a first-​time home buyer.
I look forward to working with Craig and Paul again in a few years if I have the opportunity upgrade homes.
