Tahir Mella

Mr. Mella advised my husband and myself to commit fraud by lying about how and where we met. Out of desperation, we took Mr. Mella’s advice, which he presented as the only option likely to allow my husband and myself to stay together. Recently, upon speaking with another (better) attorney, we discovered that at the time we spoke to Mr. Mella, there were other LEGAL options we could have taken. However, because we did as he suggested, my husband is facing a lifetime ban from this country, we are facing separation and later relocation to another country, and I am losing the career I have worked so hard to establish.
Mr. Mella does not care about his clients or about the law. He only cares about making easy money from desperate people. I was only able to communicate to Mr. Mella’s paralegals who were often unresponsive and clearly lacked knowledge about immigration law. Trusting Mr. Mella was the worst decision of my life. Do NOT make the same mistake and NEVER trust an attorney who advises you to lie.
