She makes my eyebrow turn into two brows, and everything in between. The Wax Room is very clean, and a warm comfortable setting that I look forward to going into every two weeks. Bryanna has the best eye when it comes to shaping your brows! I’m extremely picky and she nailed it! She is a sweet and professional girl. Her space is very clean and well decorated. I would highly recommend Bryanna for all your waxing or brow shaking needs!

Briana is awesome! She is super professional, always friendly and definitely eases the nervousness before each waxing! I’m a total wimp when it comes to pain! I’ve been using her services for a little over a year now – I met her while she was working at Bliss in downtown Boston and decided to follow her out to Reading. Her new space is super comfortable and clean. Appointments are easy to make via the website and I feel like each session flies by! If you need a wax, you should definitely set up a time to see her! I had gone to The Wax Room in preparation for a tropical vacation. This was my first wax ever and it was so much easier than I had anticipated. I had a leg and bikini waxing 2 days prior to departing. I was a little nervous of it being painful but Bryanna made me feel very comfortable and we used a numbing agent. The Wax Room is very clean, professional and totally makes you feel at ease. I will definitely be making this a part of my normal monthly routine!

Ok, so I’m a guy who never thought I’d be going to get waxed. But I’m a pretty hairy dude and was going on vacation and let my girlfriend talk me into getting my back waxed before we went. We went and saw Bryanna at the Wax Room, and let me tell you I was wicked wrong about what I thought about getting waxed. Bryanna was amazing, she is very professional, made me feel comfortable, and had my back done in no time with no pain at all. It was nothing like the impression I had planted in my head from the movie «40 Year Old Virgin». The price was great and the Wax Room itself is super clean and looks awesome.
I’ll be going back for sure, so all in all, if you’re a guy and you have ever thought about getting waxed, and even if you haven’t thought about it but you’re hairy, go see Bryanna. You won’t be disappointed and you’ll definitely look and feel a hell of a lot better.
