What do you really expect from a fast food franchise. The food is unhealthy, the poorest quality and every order is a gamble. Some franchise’s are run a bit better but mostly the management and workers display the I don’t care attitude. This particular Wendy’s is the example of typical fast food chains. This wasn’t the best or worst. You can’t complain because if you want a good meal, stick to a fine dining restaurants or cook it yourself. Wendy’s today served the purpose of my visit with a fast serve ok meal. Not often do I stop here but I will stop again when it’s necessary. I will write a tip so check it out.

Very disappointed in this Wendy’s location! The cashier had no listening skills. She messed up my order, I said dine in, she made my order to go. When I got the food, it didn’t have a burger patty and didn’t have the coleslaw in it. When I went up to tell her, she was like, oh we out of coleslaw. She didn’t bother to tell me before I ordered my pulled pork cheeseburger. The pulled pork was not hot, it was room temperature. The buns were stale. I ended up throwing it away.

Stay away from this store their management is horrible. Got home our order must have been mixed up with someone else. Immediatly called the store and was rudely treated by a female manager. We never received a receipt. She said she had our receipt and we got what we ordered. It was not even stuff I would ever eat. She would not make good for it. I gave a call to the corporate customer service and they could have given a rats ass. They also would not offer to make the order right. I question the reason that she supposedly had out receipt. I will never go back here again. Just another fine example of our decline in customer service.
