You don’t have to be a Greek philosopher to know that it’s pretty easy to get discouraged when you are in pain. We humans have a tendency to get negative rather quickly. We may focus on «what we can’t do» vs. «what we can do.»
That being said, it isn’t too often when health care providers come in and out of our lives and can make a difference.
Sometimes the provider is brutally honest, sees the situation for what it is, and gives up on us. Other times, they may placate our problems with a smile, without giving us what we need to get well. Some providers are excellent practitioners technically, but lack a pleasant bedside manner and make us feel uncomfortable when we have questions or concerns.
Then there are the providers at Advanced PMR in the Red Bank location.
They will effectively diagnose your problem, give you the best means possible to get well, have a positive and welcoming bedside manner, encourage you, and provide information to help you manage forward long after your visits are over.
