ALEX AND ANI

Poor customer service. I purchased a bracelet as a gift and paid to have it shipped and delivered within 3 days. My purchase sat around the store for a few days and then was shipped incorrectly to my house, not the address I had specified.
Store offered to refund my shipping cost only.

Horrible customer service. Walked in with my dtr to make a purchase and a man and his dtr walked in behind me, they were helped first. I waited patiently for someone to help me but I noticed two other women walked in a few minutes behind each other and they were also helped before me. Finally someond came over to help me but not before saying «I’m sorry, I know you’ve been waiting for awhile». Not sure if it may have had anything to do with my dark skin (The three customers who were helped before me were white), but it was a very uncomfortable and humiliating experience. Thank you store manager and corporate customer service for your 10% off code, I’m sure this us going to make everything better. NEVER SHOPPING AT THE RED BANK LOCATION AGAIN!!! Not sure if I’ll even purchase anymore of their products, it’s too bad cause I really like them.

This is the heart of Alex and Ani. They have every bracelet you can imagine, and then some.
When you first arrive on Broad Street, the store is a little hard to find, as they don’t have a store front. You have to go into a small lobby, then go into the store. The employees (whose arms are covered in alex and ani bracelets) ask you if you need help before the door has even shut behind you. The store appearance is very modern, there are big glass counters and images of the Alex and Ani charms all over the main wall.
The employees are more than happy to help you pick out your bracelets and tell you the meanings of each charm. Bracelets run about $ 28 before tax. Once your bracelets are selected they can check you out on iphones and email your receipt. The bracelets are beautifully wrapped in a small black box with care instructions and a a charm meaning sheet. The boxes are put in a black Alex and Ani bag with gold tissue paper.
I’ve only gone here during the week, so the store has never been over crowded and I’ve always received exceptional customer service.
QUICK TIPS:
1. They have a student discount! 5% off your purchase if you show your student ID.
2. Alex & Ani has a bracelet of the month, which is discounted by $ 5.
3. If you are getting more than one bracelet you can ask them to put them in separate boxes. It looks much better if you are giving them as a gift.

Love this place! The positives are that its close, organized, and clean. The negative is that since it was an Alex and Ani, I kind of expected them to have all the bracelets in the store, that they offer online. Over all a good shop though!
