While I like their seasonal drink menu and love me some Bang Bang shrimp, the bartender lacks customer service skills and diversity. I try to avoid sitting at the bar just to avoid being treated different(not in a good way), she doesn’t even try to make you feel welcome.

Stopped by here for dinner the other day. It is a chain restaurant but it is a little more upscale. The interior décor was nice. Lights were dimly lit and kind of reminds me of a steakhouse. We ordered bacon wrapped scallops, corn chowder and lump crab soup, sirloin and crab cake dinner, and filet mignon. The bacon wrapped scallop was tasty and portion was bigger than what I expected. The corn chowder and lump crab soup was flavorful but maybe a little salty. It was a good soup, had a good amount of crab pieces. The crab cake was pretty good but smaller than what I expected. Tasted like there was a lot of crab in it. Sirloin steak was tender and juicy. Filet mignon was a little disappointing. It was a little dry and hard. Overall, it was a great restaurant experience. Service was fast and friendly. Our server was attentive and kept our drinks refilled. Great restaurant for a romantic evening out with good food.

The food here was decent and our waitress was very nice this negative review is based mostly on the poor management of the restaurant. Seems like only 2 waitress were working hard the rest of the staff were either hanging out with the manager at the hostess stand or standing around in groups somewhere talking. One of the staff spent our entire meal texting on his phone on the back of the restaurant. This place will go down hill fast if they keep this up.

I alway wanted to go here. I read few bad reviews so I know what I am getting into if I feel it. Boy those bad reviews was right. It service wise. We walk in and waiter Elijah was fast. As soon we finish eating the entrée, the service went down hill. It took a long time to clear the table. We order dessert and it took a long long time. I told my dad to get the bill as we get the dessert. It took him a long long time that we had to ask twice to get the bill. We gave less tip then normal. The food was good by the way. This is why they get two stars.

Worst. Food qas served after a 30 minute wait and it was cold-water not hot. The service was terrible and I saw the waiters talking to each other instead of working.

So yesterday we went to dinner on Valentine’s Day thinking it would be a mad house but to our surprise, the dining room was only 75% occupied. We started our romantic outing, as much as possible after many years of marriage with a pair of Winter White Cosmo drinks. It gave us a buzz so it was good. Lol. We then each had the bonefish house salad which was chilled and fresh. I had the special mahi mahi topped with crab meat. So delicious, fresh and the sauce was luscious. For desert we shared the doughnuts. It consisted of three small sugared warm donuts along with whipped cream, a caramel sauce and a chocolate sauce. Omg. So so good as I could have eaten another six of those doughnuts in a heart beat. Service was perfect.

Hands down the best experience, and most of all, best food, I have ever had at the Bonefish Grill. Let’s start with the staff. They were extremely friendly and offered great recommendations for the menu. This time I ordered the Atlantic salmon(pan Asian sauce) with garlic mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables. The salmon was AMAZING, cooked to perfection with the perfect amount of sauce. The garlic mashed potatoes were your classic mashed potatoes, but they still had excellent flavor. Overall a great experience at the Bonefish Grill. I will definitely be back for more great food!

On 8÷2÷15 we decided to go to Bone Fish to eat. The place was packed. We were seated quickly. Our waiter was pleasant and patient. Because it was our friends first time there. Our drinks were bought within minutes. But our food took forever. Once we got it. Manager came over to apologies. Even though we didn’t complain about it. I guess they realized everyone around us got there food first before we did. Besides all that. Our food was delicious! We will definitely go back. But I dont think we will wait so long for our food to get served.

Always good food and good service. Don’t hesitate to try it. If they have mussels must try them. Tilapia imperial was great. Blackened fish taco were very good.

So, you might be wondering. «Hey, why give this 2 Stars?» Well, let’s go to the points that are nice about this place. It would have been 5 in my book, were it just based off of these. The Staff — Amazing people, very nice, the waitress was very attentive and kind and smiled. She knew what she was talking about. The Assistant manager was nice to us, and even greeted us at our table. The Atmosphere — This too was nice. The music wasn’t too loud or too quiet, and the lightning was nice and relaxing. The building itself — Clean, well kept, and very fancy looking. Very nice. Oh also a cool revolving door. Now… here is where the other three stars fall. The Food — I expected so much, after hearing about this place from so many people… I ordered the Ahe Tuna Steak, with Garlic Whipped Mashed Potatoes, and it came with couscous on the side. Let’s start with each of these items. Before I get into the flavor, I will say, the portion, for the price that was payed? So tiny. I was barely full at the end. The portion of Tuna I received, on top of the amount of Potatoes and couscous? Should have been around 5 or 6 dollars, not 17. They tried to make it look fancy, but the portion was just sad. I expect for that price, it either needs to be MORE food, or taste amazing. But now? Let’s get into taste. Ahe Tuna — Bland… very, very bland. I’ve had Ahe Tuna Steak before, and it’s been AMAZING. But I never had it here yet, and I never would again. It came with a Asian glaze sauce, that I requested on it, and even that had hardly ANY flavor. So on top of being maybe 3 – 4 ounces at best, again, for 17 dollars? It was flavorless, and had a bit piece of connective tissue in it, so they didn’t even CUT it properly before serving. The couscous — Good, but not great. Normally when cooking couscous, you always should cook it in flavorful liquid or even stock. This was cooked in lightly salted water, and was served with no sauce at all. It was very meh. The Garlic Whipped Potatoes — AMAZING!!! Truly the saving grace of this meal. My only complaint was once again? Portion size. Hardly any at all, it was gone in moments. I know some places like to be «Fancy, upscale» places that serve small portions but have amazing tastes and good experiences. Here? The food was small, and had almost no taste, save for the potatoes. It was a very disappointing experience. I wont be returning to this place. I’d rather drive 15 minutes down to near the shore, to any of the smaller fish places there, and get an amazingly large and tasty meal, for a fraction of the cost. I’m sorry Bonefish Grill. It’s nothing against your Waiters/Waitresses, General manger or any of the staff. I wish all of the people who work here well.

Very pleased with the management team here. I eat extremely healthy and they were more than happy to accommodate and get me dry steamed asparagus and steamed broccoli as my two sides. Very pleased with the customer service I will return

One of my favorite restaurants. Love the Trout dish and the Chicken Marsala and my wife likes the salmon or steak selection. Good courteous service. Large bar area and has take out food. Inside the Chapel Hill Shopping Center with Whole Foods Supermarket, Hand & Stone Massage, and Dairy Queen. Massage, dinner, and desert in one area.

Love this place. This one of the only chain restaurants I ever go to. Potato au gratin are the best.

It is MIDDLETOwN NOTREDBANK stop trying to be fancy! ~~OVERPRICED Gorton Fish Filets and frozen Birdseye vegetables~ ~BAMBAM shrimp is the only good thing. NEVER eat dinner there, only drinks and Bam Bam shrimp at the bar then LEAVE! POOR service: dirty dishes left on our table during the meal, no water refill and cold food. Orange Roughy special was greasy and cold. My short rib had a bland brown sauce, not marsala wine sauce. Everything is just AVERAGE nothing special at all!!! They do try to upsell you every chance they get, so your $ 100 tab magically become $ 150 and you’re like, why? ~NEVERAGAIN~

I ate there on Thursday night and Eli was my server. He said to try the snapper and it was truly amazing. Our salads came out fast. The pumpkin cream brulé was super!

I know this place is a chain but I refuse to believe it. Every time I have been here it has been such a pleasant experience. The ambiance, the food, the service. It’s all perfect. The bang bang shrimp and crab cakes are out of this world. YUM!

surprisingly wonderful! I always feel chains are chains but this one is really great. Second time we have been here so I needed to write something. Family visit. Reservation was made for a busy Saturday night and within 5 minutes of the time we were seated. Server greeted us right away. Drinks were really good. Appetizers were delicious… my family loved the bang bang shrimp. Im always excited when they have a gluten free menu. Food was fresh, hot and served with a smile. We will be going back very soon.

This chain belongs to the same corporate family as Outback and Carrabbas Italian but it is the better of the trio. The service is always exemplary, even for a chain and the manager always makes a point of going around and checking up on the staff. The food is good but the menu is a bit odd. They love to put garbonzo beans(chick peas) on yer plate for some reason. Last time, I was told it was replaced by a seasonal zuchinni but I fear it shall return with the Winter weather. I’ve had several different fish selections and I’m always happy with my main entrée. I’m not too pleased about the starch selections as I find it difficult to find a baked potato or french fries. Perhaps, I ‘m missing something but I’ve looked on several occasions? They have hamburgers so they must have french fries? The salads are comparable to Carrabbas, which is to say not very good. The lemon artichoke sauce(I forget the correct name) is fairly generic and tastes quite similar to dishes at the other two chains in their corporate family. One complaint I have is the selection of hot tea, as in there is no regular, plain, English style black tea. There is Herbal, Chamomile, Mint or essence of Bergamot sure, but no plain tea? Not even plain tea, disguised as fancy Orange Pekoe or Darjeeling? Nope, this is a problem that needs to be addressed!(Notice the use of an exclamation point?) Lastly, the packets in which they are served, seem to be vandal proof and require a sharp edge to open. Overall, excellent service and good food for a fair price. I don’t like complementing any of the big chain restaurants but here i give it grudgingly so.
