Monmouth Telecom contracts are automatically renewed without a sales person or anyone contacting you to see if any of your companies needs have changed since your last contract. Once it is automatically renewed they will not work with you to get you, the customer, what you need. They promise to try to help but nothing happens. Was with this company from 2009 and got out in 2015. IN2913 tried to lower our payments since most of our new jersey office moved to another state and when I called, I was told, «Oh sorry» your contract just renewed a week ago for another two years. Numerous conversions back and forth to try to get it changed since I had asked about changing it two weeks before our auto renewal and not once did anyone that I spoke with ever mention that my contract was up and due for renewal. We finally completely closed that office and was told I needed to return their equipment. After several people in the company looked thru our entire building for it, Monmouth Telecom realized that we had in fact returned the equipment several years prior but it was not noted on our account. We moved to a new office in new jersey and we did not go with Monmouth Telecom.

Terrible company. They lock you into a contract and you cannot get out. It is deep in the fine print and they renew and renew. No amount of conversation and good faith will change it. If you think Comcast is bad, this company is far worse. Stay away.
