Tobacco Paradise

I should start off by saying that the two employees who are usually there are very nice and friendly and I’ve never had an issue with them. My 1 star review is for the bald owner guy. Went there today to get a sandwich. Go to pay with a card which I have done in the past and the owner tells me it is a $ 20 credit card minimum. I ask how long this has been policy as I’ve paid with my card before. He bluntly tells me as long as they have been open and when I explain I have no cash on me he tells me to use the store atm. The atm had a fee of $ 3 plus my own bank’s fees. My sandwich was only $ 6. No way I am paying double for my sandwich just so this a$$hole can save himself the 1 – 3.5% transaction fee. If anyone needs an example of how not to engage in good customer service, this guy is a shining example. Good job on losing a customer. 1 star total fail.
p. s. A $ 20 credit card minimum is illegal, you douche.
