I purchased a groupon for this store. Before doing so I checked out the website to make sure I would want to spend the full amount of money there. I found several items I wanted, but after I ordered I received a call stating that most of the items I ordered weren’t in stock and wouldn’t be replenished before Christmas. Even though I spent significantly over the cost of my groupon, they would not offer a refund. I am trying to buy specific toys (which the website STILL says they offer), and they were completely unwilling to work with me.

What a great toy store! And I’m a 12 year old! Great service too. The owner even wrapped the toys for free! 5 ½ stars.
