roach infested… managers nice. tweaked the fuck out!!! NO SECURITY CAMERAS!!! if you get a unit anywhere make sure it has cameras!!!

I found American Self Storage a few years ago when I was in the process of moving, and I’ve had a unit there ever since. This place, by far, is the best storage facility I have ever used. Besides the convenient and safe location, it’s the management that really makes this place so awesome. Laura, the manager has gone out of her way to be helpful and friendly since the very beginning, and I feel like she actually cares about me as a customer (unlike some of the other companies I’ve tried in the past, which were impersonal and unhelpful). I will definitely continue to use American Self Storage, because I couldn’t ask for better!
