Great chiropractor. Crappy customer service. He has a bunch of uneducated boys running the front office. Who the heck greets a patient with«Are you Jose? Ok. So basically it’s going to be $ 40.» Something a little more friendly and professional would be, «Good morning, how are you?(Smile) You must be Jose. So I was checking your benefits this morning and I wanted to inform you that your copay is going to be $ 40, I would be happy to take care of your payment right now or we can do it after our appointment.» The other thing that’s awfully irritating is that it was only $ 25 – 35 for just and adjustment with out insurance. And now that we have insurance it’s $ 40 something. Seems a little discriminatory to me… Milking the patients with insurance for all they’ve got. Pathetic. They also require a $ 25 payment if you have new insurance until they check your insurance coverage. Seems really silly to me that they’re so lazy about something like that and say it will take 3 – 4 days to confirm the benefits. Well, excuse me, but I know for a fact it takes only minutes to long on or call the insurance company and have a fax sent over with the benefit information. 3 – 4 days my ass.

I had an emergency while staying in town at a hotel and Scott was able to see me right away! Friendly staff and overall good chiropractic fun, not just your average snapple-crack-pop. If I lived here, he would be my go-to DC.
