I was driving on Interstate 5 and in desperate need of renting a trailer for the final leg of a big move. I found this Uhaul location at the Madison Street Transfer and Storage location and met Steve the owner. The customer service was amazing. I was in and out very quickly. Steve was courteous, polite and prepared as soon as I pulled up. His Uhaul location has excellent hours for both pick ups and drop offs. Several other locations in town are closed early and closed on Sundays. I highly suggest you rent your Uhaul truck or trailer from this location in Red Bluff, California.
