The worst auto parts store I’ve ever experienced. Growing up in a family of mechanics, I’ve spent a ton time of time in auto parts stores. If you don’t know the name of the part you need, your helpful parts guy is there to help. But at this store. His response was«I hate when you people don’t know what you’re looking for». Mind you, this after giving him the name of the part, and showing him a photo. I left with out buying anything. When I got home I discovered I had left my debit card there. I called and asked the manager to shred it. He asked why I wouldn’t be coming back to get it and I told him the story. He had no response but ok. Obviously the employees behavior is due to the behavior of management. I will never step foot in that store again.

I’ve never known a person who worked at a parts store who didn’t know what a Z28 is. I asked for info for a part for a 96 z28 and the kid behind the counter typed in the info and after smirking and a slight giggle asked me what that was, that he wasn’t familiar with American cars just foreign ones… First off, not only is thst highly insulting but it’s saying he is a real idiot if he doesn’t know that and he’s working here. He lost the company our business and I spend, along with my husband, an average of 500 easily a month. We love our toys, and we will nor give our hard earned money to a company that employed individuals like him. It says alot. Of course he knows what a z28 is he has tuner cars. I asked him after he asked me his question what he ran. he was fast to spit out the cars he has. So, Auto Zone is where I’ll shop now. Way better people there. Just bought the brakes and rotors I needed. Thank Steve for your professional attitude and friendly personslity.

First of all, greeted with a smile… that’s a plus. Had exactly what I was looking for… priced right and no grief. Will make this my go to auto parts store.
