The lady at the front desk was very rude to me if have nothing good to say about her wouldn’t be coming back there again

They used too hot of wax and burnt my face. It was awful. Pedicure was good would not go again. Beware.

Always able to work me in last minute for a pedicure. The only thing is that the polish seems to come off quickly. Pedicure massage chairs are wonderful!

I was in pro nails last Friday and it was a great experience. the people were nice, talkative and they didn’t rush us for other appointments. the massage chairs are awesome and the paint job was clean. definitely recommend this place!

Well it all started when I needed to get my nails done in a pinch. I went and had a decent experience. I continued on to go to my usual nails but tried again it was terrible I thought maybe I was a fluke you know it could have been the person, not the place. So I continue on and try it one more time and it was the service from HELL I will never return! My nails are soaking acetone to the point where they hurt and I could barely stand it to get the gel shellac manicure off because of the pain from him applying pressure just to scrape it off was so bad. Then the scariest thing that is ever happened to me happened he brought out a DRILL now I’ve seen once before to remove shellac manicure instead of soaking which you could touch your skin and it wouldn’t even affect you. This one was the one that get you nails ready for acrylics I was terrified and it even more pain after everything! I’m top of all of this the pedicure that only lasted a few days before my toenail started shipping and the shellac manicure from hell started shipping and was completely almost off within four days. You have been warned DO NOT go there!

Place was very clean. Nail technicians were nice. A good experience!

Was only in town one night and they for me in right away. Very good attention to detail and my nails look great. Thank you Sam.

Was also staying at the Durango RV Resort and couldn’t find a nearby spa with an opening. Got a mani peti there today for myself and my daughter. Prices were fair and always discussed up front. Work quality was good, would go back.

I was staying at the Durango RV Resort which is very close to the salon. I was unfamiliar with the area and just walked in. Miss Kim took me as a walk in and gave me an amazing spa pedicure and a beautiful set of gel nails. If I am in Red Bluff again, I would revisit Miss Kim.
