What a surprising little place! The chocolate was super yummy! The ice cream cone was huge(3 scoops for $ 1!!!). The duck pond was beautiful! We got a box of assorted chocolates($ 15), a bag of popcorn with nuts($ 6), a rocky road cluster($ 2 ish) and the ice cream($ 1). They had sugar free options for the chocolate too! I will definitely come back!

No matter where I need to be, if I find myself driving down 99 I have to stop in! I absolutely LOVE their brittle and the dollar ice cream is always a good idea. ;)

1. The mint chocolate chip ice cream is so delish and the portion you get for just $ 1 is very generous. 2. I bought some toffee here for a friend here months ago as a gift and when I returned last week from out of town my friend asked me to bring him back some toffee. I guess it’s way better than any Bay Area toffee. 3. I should have trusted my gut and not bought the snow almonds. I knew I would have to fight myself off of them every 5 minutes. They are such a temptation dipped in milk chocolate, then white chocolate, then powdered sugar. 4. Enjoy the beautiful fish pond on their porch swings while licking your ice cream cone. 5. Wear a sweater because they keep the place very cold to keep the chocolate just the right temperature.

5 starI imagine that other folks have said this but… FORGETSEE’S CANDIES, THISPLACEISTODIEFOR! I’d been meaning to stop here for a while as I frequently traverse Highway 99 to visit my sweetie. I’m glad I finally had time to stop. The wonderful little shop has the most delectable chocolates I’ve had yet! They have an abundance of different nut types and truffle flavors. My personal favorite is the lemon truffle and the pumpkin one isn’t far behind! For those of you that are in need of sugar-free goodies they have plenty to choose from. =) If you have the time make sure to stop by. You’ll be in for a real treat!

Best dollar scoop ice cream ever! And delicious chocolate :) It’s the perfect treat on a hot summer day — and at the right price too. Their patio and backyard are a pleasant spot to rest while enjoying their sweets.

Took a family trip from Redding on down to Chico for the day. We zoomed past this place and immediately turned around. When we entered it was like we were entering someone’s home. you pull in and as soon as you park you see this beautiful landscapes with lush landscape and a porch swing. We got out and some other customers were getting in their vehicles telling us about how great the place is as they were munching down some delicious looking ice cream. We headed in and as soon as you open the door you get the most delicious scent of chocolates inside. The displays of the chocolates are amazing. If you are a chocolate connoisseur you will fall in love. There are samples available for you to taste and everything is top quality. The ice cream is priced SOOOOO cheap. 3 scoops for $ 1.00. yes I said 3 scoops for $ 1 buck! grab some ice cream several flavors to choose, take a walk around the grounds it is just beautiful with porch swings scattered around and lots of fish, frogs, birds for the kids to enjoy looking at. If you like photos its a great PHOTOOPP place. Make sure you head back into the chocolate shop and grab some. Some are priced kinda high but they are high quality and are made locally there I believe. This will always be a stop for us passing thru Redding to Chico.

We passed the sign on a family road trip and it was so cute we had to turn around and come back to check it out. What an idyllic stop on a country road. We went in for ice cream and I couldn’t resist coming out with an assortment of their chocolates. They were all delicious. I especially loved the pecan turtles. Yum. We ate our ice cream out on a swing next to the pond with ducks and lily pads. It was a great experience overall.

The candies and chocolates are amazing and all are homemade. The ice cream is of the Crystal brand and is also really tasty. I had a cone of Rocky Road and it was delicious! The landscaping is beautiful with flowing water, frogs, birds, ducks and insects. It’s an awesome little place to stop by if you have a sweet-tooth. Sometimes they sell fresh vegetables and fruits, too.
