I must admit I’ve never been inside this bakery. But I can speak very highly of their gluten free bread loaves. I had one while staying with some friends in Red Bluff. The bakery makes gluten free bread every Friday and they ordered one. When my friend brought it home it was still warm. I’ll admit I was skeptical at first because I’d never met a gluten free bread I liked, but also I’d never had one fresh from a bakery. This loaf was tender, moist and not too dense. The flavor was a tad bit sweet, but not too much. It was perfect for sandwiches and then later we toasted it. I had 4 pieces in 24 hours which is the most bread I’ve had in a year since going GF. I’d highly recommend checking out this bakery whither you’re visiting or live near by. If i’d had the time and transportation to go back I would have.
