Do not rent from these people. I mean unless you want to pay your rent on a certain date and have it sit in the mailbox for 4 days, but have the landlord ‘angry texting’ you at all hours that he never received it. Maybe the best part of this apartment is the sulfur water: it comes out gray/​black only sometimes but it always ALWAYS smells like rotten eggs. You can’t drink it or cook with it because the smell still stays on the food you boiled in it. And forget watering your plants or giving water to your animals. Also it is a tiny apartment and the landlord believes that you as the renter of this small apartment should pay for the oil for the entire church! My husband is in the military and is away and this «pastor» has told me to vacate the premises immediately because I refuse to pay a bill without seeing it. Just be warned please, I wish someone had been there to warn me.
