When I called to schedule a appointment, the phone rang more than four times, I should have hung up and called later. When the phone was answered the employee sounded aggravated, the first question she asked me was what type of dog I had. She immediately told me she was booked for two weeks. Our dog is large with lots of hair, so I got the feeling she did not want my business. Well, I usually go to PetsMart which I love, I was just trying to get a closer place. I learned my lesson! I’m wondering how aggravated she gets with the pets. This review is for the Red Oak location.

They do a really good job. Reasonably priced as well. We take our dog there for hair cuts.
