Walgreens

This is a really clean, well stocked Walgreens. Staff is always friendly and accommodating when I come in. Sometimes they seem low on RX meds they should have in stock it seems to me, but what do I know, lol. I really recommend this one. Unlike the Waxahachie Walgreens, just sayin’…

INEXCUSABLE INCOMPETENCE!!! Walked up to the pharmacy counter handed the woman a sheet of paper with the name of the specific eye drops that I needed for my wife. She confirmed for me that they had that item in stock & to come back in one hour. An hour later I came back and they then told me they made a mistake and did not have it in stock. I ask the pharmacy pharmacist to call around to see if any of their other facilities had that in stock. He checked with one of their stores that was 26 miles away and confirmed that they did in fact have it in stock and they would hold it for me. As I pulled into the parking lot this second Walgreens pharmacist the first one called me back to tell me that the second Pharmacy also made a mistake and they too do not have it in stock. I gave this store one star only because that’s the lowest. If I could give a zero I certainly would!

This is a very nice Walgreens. It is much cleaner, brighter, and well laid out compared to others I have been to. The parking lot is large and kept clean as well. This place is a good alternative to go in for a few small items instead of having to go to the Walmart across the street.
