I give 1 star becuase the breakfest was ok. But how hard can it be to make bacon and eggs. They had 4 empty tables and waitress ignored us for 10⁄15 minutes. After being seated i wish we would have left. This places is filthy. Thats all i am going to say. Go get breakfest at old tymers.

I’ll give this 2 stars instead of 1 because the breakfast was actually decent. Good omelet and very crispy hash browns. Unfortunately they overcook the flavor right out of their bacon. Décor is dated to say the least. Kind of gross actually. That carpet must be from the 70’s. Rip it out! Saw a high chair that appeared to have a blood stain on it. Menu is a dirty disaster. Poorly written and confusing and covered in grime. Like the carpet. When we finished our meal we wanted to get some donuts to take home. This turned out to be a chore as nobody could perform basic math. The waitress then added tax onto the bill for the donuts, but added it again for the entire bill… which already included tax for the meal. After pointing this out she was clueless and after waiting over 10 minutes for her to figure out how to swipe a card through her iPad, we decided the extra 3 bucks wasn’t worth waiting around for. So we were overcharged, made to wait 10 minutes with a line of 12 – 15 people behind us and appalled that no other employee would respond to the waitress’ pleas for help on the iPad. Just poorly run and pretty gross atmosphere. Go to Old Tymers

Good, filling breakfast at a good price.(I had French toast and sausage.) I like that the waiting area appears to be plastered with wildlife identification posters – this is obviously a popular breakfast/lunch spot, and patrons can learn a bit about the Carson National Forest while they wait for a table. The décor is very patriotic, and the proprietor and staff obviously are veterans or have family members who are veterans and are proud of them.

Not good. Bad Food. Bad service. Bad management. Red River is a lovely and friendly town. Do not waste your time or money here. There are plenty of other options. Try Mountain treasures. So much nicer.
