Their service is terrible much of the time
but some clients are cry babies. Tying people up for several hours is not the way customers should confuse the help. But the help is way too slow. And yes, it does happen far too often. I think they are profit driven and should be investigated.

420 Express in Redding, CA run a bad business, yes they’re nice to you at first but as the service or lack of service got progressively worse. I’ll try to be short. So this morning I attempted to place an order but the guy (I believe he was the owner) said he would call me back in 2 seconds to place and confirm the order. Well, I had to go to a doctor’s appt. When I got back I went to place the order. And they proceeded to tell me that I stood them up and they would not deliver to me! What? I got upset when the guy kept repeating the same bs. And no I didn’t use one cuss word (amazingly!). So they call me back after everything calmed down and they would now deliver but it would be 2+ hours. 30 minutes latr the guy calls me back and said «I spoke with the owner and he didn’t appreciate your attitude and how yes I yelled at him. I use their products for medicinal purposes… Let me wrap it up, their customer service was robotic and inaccurate. Using your own product like this while you work with the public, not a god idea.
I don’t go throughout my days yelling at anybody but still I was wrong for yelling. But we worked it out and hung up on good terms. I’m 55 years old and have never been banned from anywhere. I had already slowed down my business with them because their products are weak and the and they wouldn’t answer the phones for hours, then you have to wait 2+ hours.

I love these guys. They are the only place that I use. They’re always on time always friendly and super great selection of flowers and other products. I know that there’s other places that deliver but in my heart of hearts I will not be shopping anywhere else but 420 Express.

I love these guys, found them on Weedmaps and I am glad I did. I order from them every other day, costumer service and quality is by far the best compared to any dispensary or shop I’ve been to! Their Colombian Gold OG is fireeeeee!
