I just took a job transfer to redding,
Typical murphy’s law, my jeep blew a head gasket. They got it right in to verify the problem. Sadly the best course of action (new engine) made it not worth it, because the repairs would be worth more than the car even after it was fixed.
So, I opted to have it junked, and the junk yard won’t be able to pick it up until next week, they have had no problem letting the jeep stay in their lot until they can pick it up.
The honesty and integrity of this shop is amazing, needless to say, I know what shop has my business now!

The staff I dealt with were all very professional, friendly, and helpful folks. They kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and the cost actually came in under the estimate (which is always a relief). I would take my vehicle back here again (but let’s hope I don’t have to any time soon!)

I was very impressed with the whole team at Advanced Automotive, Cody the owner went out of his way to make sure my car was taken care of as quickly as possible, and they even checked things out that weren’t originally on the list of things to do, just to make sure it was in safe and working order. We purchased a packet of oil changes from some students going door to door. They compare the service to juffy lube or other quick oil change places and show that it costs less money and helps students pay for college. What they dont’ tell you is that it is virtually a drop off service, and you’ll get the car back sometime that day. No quick oil change here. And their courtesy vehicle was some beat up old jalopy without A/​C. The job was done right the first time without any problems, but it was far short of my expectations.
