I had the distinct pleasure of working with Robert to arrange transportation for my wedding. I sent an email requesting information using the contact form on the website and received a response within 15 minutes. I left a message later with a follow up question and received a very polite and knowledgeable call back in about 10 minutes. It was only because of some confusion on my end that I was not able to utilize Ambassador’s services but even through the planning and decision making process, Robert was in regular contact, easy to get a hold of and extremely helpful. By the time I was able to confirm that we could proceed with our plans, our time frame had been booked. He offered an alternative and even when that was deemed not viable, he recommended another company(undoubtedly a competitor) who was just as helpful, prompt, courteous and accommodating. I can’t wait to have another opportunity to be able to work with Ambassador Limousine and will recommend them to anyone who asks. If there was a 6th star, I would have highlighted it.
