My friend and I were looking for a home to rent, and we visited every property management office in the area. From the very start, Authority Property Management stood out. Where do I start. I met Aaron and Joline through my buddy Ehrin Landis at Omega Mortgage Group and Aaron and Joline made all the same promises that my last manager made. I used to live in Redding but now live in Idaho and my last manager was stealing money left and right. Although Authority Property Management only manages 9 of my units, I can sincerely say that they act like I’m the only customer they have. They give me the attention I need when I need it and handle the property for me when I want to be hands off. As a real estate investor I can say that having the right people on your team will either make or break you and I whole heartily recommend them. I just wish they could manage my properties here in Idaho. Aaron and Joline, the only thing I can say is NEVER LOOSE what you guys have going. If there ever comes a time you can’t answer the phone on the second ring like you do now, HIRE ANOTHER person. Service like you guys offer does not exist today and there are so many investors who are afraid to expand because they can’t find good management. I was looking for a place to rent before I got into town and I was referred to Aaron — he was so generous with his time, and he was knowledgeable and kind. He was more than happy to speak to me and even helped me try to find what I was looking for even though he did not have anything that fit my needs at the time — above and beyond service. I spoke with him several times, and I would absolutely recommend him and his team for property rental. I have found that ethical rental companies in the area are not easy to come by, and I would rather wait until Authority had something available than rent from another company. And if you have a property to rent, this is your guy. It was nice to meet someone honest.
