OUTSTANDING customer service! Usually would not expect that great of service at a storage unit, but the manager is so nice and helpful! I have not tried the automated system, but I recommend coming in the office before 3 pm so that you have the pleasure of dealing with this lovely woman. I met the owner too as he was sweeping my unit after I transferred to a different unit! If you don’t want to get ripped off, go here. Honestly they should have charged me more but completely gave me the benefit of the doubt. They care more about helping you than taking your money. Highly recommend.

Brightly lit and great location to freeway. Felt safe and secure. I liked how I could walk up and rent a unit myself. It was easy and convenient

Great idea with ABSOLUTELY no back up.
It says the storage is 24 hours. When I pulled up @ 9 pm, there was some helpless guy trying desperately to get his gate code to work. No good. No gate open. Then he moved and we tried ours…1000 times. No Good. No Gate open! Tried the self serve computer. No good. Finally pushed the call manager button hoping to get SOMEONE alive on the call back phone… nope. The line goes directly into the office that is CLOSED after hours. What a poor way to service your customers. At least the last ditch effort of hitting that «call manager» button should wake some sorry sucker up some where in town and make him get his butt out of bed and down to open the gate himself.
