I have been engaged with Todd for the past 6 months regarding a family owned property in the greater Redding area. Todd is an excellent and professional Real Estate Attorney. I can not say enough positive things about him. He is honest and does everything in his power to keep matters from going to trial. His fees are reasonable and he works with you to keep your costs to a minimum. He is excellent at keeping things from escalating even when the other Attorney is being difficult and antagonistic. I think he is a man of honor. He has the highest scruples and integrity. He has a excellent grasp of real estate law and Motions for Partition. I would hire Todd in a heart beat should I ever need a Real Estate Attorney going forward. I am a tough critic as you can surmise by reading by reviews, and Endres Law one of the most, it not the most, professional and top notch businesses that i have dealt with in many years.
