I called and spoke to a very nice woman and explained I wanted to send flowers to my sister-​in-​law who was in a nearby rehab facility. I told her I wasn’t sure what to send– and described my s-​i-​l as «an 81 year old woman who broke her hip kayaking” — also said she had been a «free spirit» in her younger days– living in teepees and log cabins. I don’t know what she came up with but my husband talked to his sister today and she was THRILLED with the flowers– said they were «PERFECT». so thanks to everyone at Flower Express for doing such a good job. My boyfriend admitted to getting me last minute flowers for Valentines and kudos to the team for putting together the most beautiful arrangement I’ve ever received. It is stunning! I would recommend this florist to anyone. They helped my boyfriend make an awesome choice and a VERY happy girlfriend.

Very helpful and nice on the phone. Same day delivery within a couple hours. Only took off one star since I didn’t see the arrangement.

My husband ordered me flowers for my birthday. The flowers were delivered to the front desk of the busy medical office where I work. When I went to go pick up my flowers all the girls were saying, «Happy Anniversary!». They had put a Happy Anniversary balloon in my flower bouquet and never caught the mistake. The arrangement had a placard that read, «Happy Birthday» so it was a surprise that the delivery driver or the arranger did not notice the wrong balloon. I called my hubby to ask him if he was trying to kill two birds with one stone and get me flowers for my Bday and Anniversary. He was really embarassed that had happened. He called Sassy Plants and they said they would deliver me a Happy Birthday balloon. They delivered me a half deflated balloon. My hubby was very disappointed. When he came to greet me at work, everyone was telling him Happy Anniversary. He spent $ 80.00 on an arrangement of flowers and they couldn’t even get the right balloon in there. When they tried to make up for their mistake, they just made matters worse by delivering a balloon that barely floated. Don’t know what to think about this place…

I ordered my Mom and Grandma flowers over the phone because I live in San Diego and my relatives live in Redding. I was very skepticle, but this place was the only one on Unilocal with a good review so I tried it.
I called over the phone and spoke to a very nice woman and I told her: my budget, color scheme, flowers I wanted and didn’t want, and the time frame I needed them delivered by. Well when my mom sent me a picture of what she received I was blown away. It was a much larger arrangement than most places and I paid a very reasonable price for the quality, creativity, style, and elegance of these flower arrangements. Total cost around $ 90 for 2 flower arrangements and delivery!
I would recommend Flower Express/​Sassy Plants to anyone in Redding!
