Gallagher Gary OD

I had a great experience with Dr. Gallagher’s office. I went in there this morning and everyone was very friendly. They have a beautiful office, everything looks very nice.
I was invited to sit in the waiting room where they have a small area for children. The whole waiting area was clean and well-​organized.
I don’t know if I was taken back exactly at the time of my appointment, but it was very close. There wasn’t a lot of waiting around.
The first lady to help me was nice, and made me feel at ease, answering all the questions I had. I was taken to another room where I waited less then 10 minutes and the doctor came in. He seemed like a good guy, had a sense of humor, and was easy to talk to. He also answered my questions and had a good «bed-​side manner»
When it was time to pick frames out, the lady out there patiently walked around trying to help me choose a pair of frames that would fit me. I also had my wife with me, and the two of them found a few good pairs. She went down the details of what everything would cost, and explained all the different lens options. After all her work I changed my mind and decided to go with contacts (which I’ve wanted for quite a while)… She wasn’t upset at all — she actually seemed excited for me, and helped schedule another appointment to be fitted for those.
