Giff’s is Giff’s. I could not give them any less than 5 stars, as they are one of a kind. I love the charcoal grill, Giff giving you a piece of his mind, the fries, the onion rings, the obsessive dedication to all things Chevy and NASCAR. I recommend Giff’s to anybody and everyone. It is an experience, and the food is good too.
They have one of the better condiment bars I’ve seen.

I love Giffs. Been coming here since I was a little girl. The Ugly burger is pretty much the only thing I ever get. It’s amazing. I like that this place is still a pretty well kept secret in town. Friendly service and good beer.

They had good burgers and geilled chicken sandwichs. I like the do it yourself for the fixxins. Nice atmosphere will be going back.

My first visit to Giff’s was in 1989 (I was four years old), and it has yet to get old. The food still tastes the same, the look of the place has barely changed (save for removing the baseball caps that used to cover the walls), and Dick is still the grouchy (in a good way) man behind the grill. I’ve never actually eaten an Ugly Burger as I can barely walk out of the place after eating a steakburger and fries, but the burgers are fantastic and the fries are among my favorite. It’s small inside, but a table can usually be found with relative ease and you’re never far from the condiments.

Kind a locals place. Nice owner and staff seems friendly but there are some problems here. While the food is decent (I had an ugly burger special) its a tad pricy for the quality. The meat is pretty good, nothing to complain of but the cheese was cheap processed and a tiny piece at that. And the bun is very boring. Condiment bar was OK, seemed fresh and good choices of toppings. Its OK but I’d rather go to Bartel’s giant burger for what you pay.

Whoever likes these burgers really doesn’t know what good food tastes like. 5 stars my ass! Burgers were so bland. There 2 old drunk men (I think the owner) sitting in the corner. We spent 25 $ for 2 burgers and 2 fries and it was repulsive. It’s twice as much and half as good as the Habit or in n out or Maxwells or anywhere else… I’d rather go to McDonalds… Save your money. Ps they don take credit card. Oh and I had to give them one star
