Harrison’s Marine & RV

I purchased a pontoon boat and a travel trailer from these guys. They seem very happy to sell you their boats and trailers but when I had to have repairs done the customer service is non existent! It took over 4 months to fix my boat and 2 months to replace LED lights on my trailer! They just don’t communicate and when they do its not very apologetic! It’s one thing to be unapologetic but when they tried to charge me $ 200 for MY old pontoons that they wanted to scrap this business just failed miserably for me! Like the other review if I could have given 0 stars I would have!

Great service… Had some engine work done on my boat and put it in the lake only to have my engine spit and sputter when trying to take off. Called Scott who collected all of his tools and drove to Bridge Bay to diagnose the problem and he was there in a short time. It was well over 100 degrees and he was able to find the problem and fix it. I have had bad experiences with other boat companies when they’ve made a mistake but never Harrisons. They will continue to get my business.

The people at Harrison’s have a heart of gold. After a houseboat trip to Shasta we limped off the water and Harrison’s team took care of us. When we pulled the boat out of the lake we had a few issues and could not pull the trailer any further. The service guys were nice enough to keep the boat and offered some solutions. It took us 4 days to return ready to head home. They offered service and help that was priceless and never asked for a penny. You rock, thanks again.

Unfortunately there is no 0 star option. Being a longtime salesperson myself, communication, being straight forward, and honesty are the most important things to me and I did not receive any of them here. After working with Rod over the phone to negotiate a deal on an R Pod 179 we had settled on a great price and I let him know I am ready to purchase and all of my financing is in place. He stated that I needed to give a deposit to hold it. He then hesitated and said he did not know if he needed more because it was going to be 10 days before I could come get it. He said he would need to call me back. After receiving no phone call back that evening I called right before closing and the person answered the phone which was very nice stated he had an emergency. Then no call in the morning. I then called and he sounded as if he didnt want to talk to me with an arrogant tone seemed as if he did not want my business. He stated that he did not have alot of them left and he would have to sell it to me $ 1000 more than we talked about if I wanted it. He seems to runs a pretty poor operation. I am glad I did not give my business to them. My wife then called back to ask what the issue was and he hung up on her. This is my first Unilocal review and I hope I can help some other people find another dealer that takes care of their customers.
