Incredibly expensive to get your car back. And after how much they charged me you would think they wouldn’t steal all your silver change outta your car. Disappointed and know broke.

I hope that my experience is not the normal for this company. My truck broke down on I5, it was dark and I had my whole family with me that included 2 small children. When I called Keith’s towing I explained this and let the dispatcher knew we were in a very dangerous spot. she put me on hold for 5 minutes to come back on the line to let me know I will need to call my insurance (allstate) which she also proceeded to tell me «They don’t Cover anything» to have them call them to get a tow. I informed her that I will submit for reimbursement with them later, because I was scared to be on the highway and wanted to get to a safe spot ASAP. The dispatcher was less concerned with safety and more concerned with being able to charge more because there were 3 calls ahead of me at that time. I was informed that they have no standard rates. Needless to say we called another tow company that was great and was prompt and professional.

Locked myself out of my car and had to call AAA. Luckily Keith’s Towing wasn’t far away and sent someone out extremely quickly. Was greeted by a nice guy and then he unlocked my car.

I had to have my truck towed last night. The driver showed up quickly considering my truck was all the way in Shingletown.
They were for more considerably priced compared to some of the other quotes I received to have it towed from Shingletown to my home in Manton.
I’ll definitely be requesting Keith’s Towing next time I’m in need of roadside assistance!

This weekend we a great experience with Keith’s Towing. They have the monster equipment to get the job done. Our driver, Travis Blair, did an exceptional job. He was cautious and moved our building with precision and skill. It was a hugely difficult job and Keith’s Towing accomplished the move, even though it was 106 degrees. Well done, Travis, and kudos to Keith’s Towing for your amazing equipment.

I highly recommend Keith Towing and car Detailing for any and all Burners. I called Keith towning and on his day off answered and booked my a car detailing last min to help accomadate to my flight schedule. Thank you Keith and Gang for helping out this Burner Last Min. I lookforward to contacting you guys again next year to detail my mini van.

Quieffffsssss!!! Im so glad this place has a bad review online AS IT SHOULD. I have had a few run ins with these turds over the years and every single time they are trying to get every last penny off of you. They have overcharged me before, charged my credit card more then once, these guys are total fucking turds and i think every should share there experience about quiefs towing and get these crooks out of our town!

Went out on a late night coffee run when I decided to go explore a jeep trail. Not even 500′ up the hill and my Subaru starts to slide off the road. I was high centered on the edge of the embankment. Anymore moving on my end and my truck could have started to roll off. I thought there was no way my car could be saved since there was no access to the top of the hill. Matt with Keith’s Towing arrived 30 minutes after I called there dispatch. His outstanding professionalism and expert knowledge of his trade saved my truck from rolling off the side of the hill and being totaled. Not only that but he got the job done in a reasonable time and at a fair price! I could not be more pleased with the service I received!

My experience with Keith’s towing was a total fluke… but a great one. My husband & I were camping up at Lake Siskiyou last week and got this hair brained idea to go tooling down a logging road near Castle Lake in the rain. Nothing we haven’t done before however as we got like 2 – 3 miles in, we ended up getting stuck in the mud after the 4 wheel disengaged. My sister & brother in law were at the end of the road waiting for us and when we arrived, he said that a tow truck just drove past them. We ended up finding Dwayne from Keith’s towing on the side of the road and he ended up pulling us the 10 feet to get out of the mud. Apparently, the Shasta area tow trucks aren’t 4 wheel drive and Dwayne’s truck was. Thank God for the chance to happen on Dwayne otherwise we would have been stranded up there a lot longer than the 2 hours total that it took us to be free. If ever in Shasta City or surrounding areas in the hills, call Keith’s. Thanks Dwayne… you were our hero that day :)

Let me just start off by saying that keiths towing is by far the worst towing company i have ever delt with. My wife was in a accident at no fault to her and keiths towing was called beacouse my wife has AAA she was told it would be 2 hours for a tow truck (the other car was gone in 20 min. With a different company) so we left the car and said to call her when it was done. 45ish minutes later they call her saying they can’t tow the car without her and her AAA card. I called them back and said it was a accident with the other driver at fault just get it to the shop i don’t care if it is AAA or not. The woman i talked to was about as rude and arrogant as you can get and did not try to help in ANY way. I called the bodyshop where the car was going to explain my frustration and she told me to call twin view towing, that they would pick it up even if she wasn’t there and would just add it to the shop bill. so i called them and that is EXACTLY what they did, and what keiths SHOULD have done. THANK YOU TWIN VEIW TOWING for the easy painless service!!! As far as keiths towing you might have PRETTY TRUCKS but your service is PRETTY PATHETIC!!!

Completely false accusations and VERY unprofessional. Exceptionally cowardly to respond back to me via Unilocal and never once speak to me in person or on the phone. Especially since you are so concerned with «customer service.» Notice how he’s used accusations to justify their actions as if that has anything to do with the fact that they screwed us over and never once addressing my issue of how I was treated and how we were tricked and misled. THANKS.

Kandace’s husband passed our heavy duty tow truck coming down Buckhorn mountain on Hwy 299. He passed our driver at a high rate of speed OVER the double yellow lines and in the rain just before wiping out his Chevy Corvette.
Her husband is lucky he didn’t get a ride in the back seat of a patrol car with handcuffs.
Please look at the language she is using and determine what you may of the situation. The «story» she gave above is completely inaccurate. Let our 37+ years of excellent customer service to the northstate do the talking as did the two other reviews earlier of 5 stars.
